new to nootropics - my stack

I'm new to nootropics, and I'd like you to help me with my stack. I have this items on it:
Mornings with breakfast:
Piracetam: 2000 mg
Choline bitartrate: 2000 mg
Fish oil: 2 capsules for 2000mg total
Vit B complex: 1 capsule
L-Tyrosine: 2 capsules for 500mg total
Sulbutiamine: 250mg
Huperzine A: 1 capsule for 100mcg
Alcar: 500 mg
N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine: 500 mg
DMAA: 30 mg
Caffeine Anhydrous: 200mg
Synephrine: 20mg
Yohimbe 20 mg
Lunch time:
Sunflower Lecithin: 3 capsules for 3600mg total
Huperzine A: 1 capsule for 100mcg
Alcar: 500 mg
Mucuna Pruriens 99% L-dopa: 500mg
Fish oil: 2 capsules for 2000mg total
Afternoons:
Piracetam: 2000 mg

Multivitamin: 1 capsule
N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine: 500 mg
Mucuna Pruriens 99% L-dopa: 500mg

Synephrine: 20mg
Nights on empty stomach:
Natural testosterone (Isa-Test isatori): 4 capsules
Fish oils: 2 capsules, 2000mg total
Gaba: 3000 mg
Phenibut: 300 mg
Alcar: 500 mg
D-aspartic acid 3000mg
Vitamin C: 2000mg
I think it's too much... isn't it?
What thing I could delete?

I'm also very new to nootropics but even I have to say that is waaaaaay too much.

Don`t know about rest of your stack, but drop l-dopa, its dangerous. I also think that it is a bit too much of choline.

How long ago did you start nootropics? This is a big stack even for advanced nootropic users.
I would start with just a few of the basics you have on your list and then add/delete things every week or so as you see what individual noots work or don't work and it also gives you time to research what you want to try next.

I personally take around 6.4-8g of Piracetam a day, and only 620mg of Choline Bitartrate.
You want to be careful with taking too much of any Choline source as it can potentially cause depression.
Also I've used DMAA several times and still have some anyways I would recommend taking around 30-40mg a day. DMAA can cause some serious side effects (At least to me). I have anxiety so the DMAA can increase my anxiety if I go over around 80mg a day, IE: it causes sweaty palms, anti-social tendencies, and general negativity in outlooks on humanity and instances.
