I would try getting some Ginkgo that's been standardized to contain a high amount of Bilobalide.
Ginkgo has long been used to treat vertigo, and Bilobalide has recently been found to be an antagonist at the GABAA and GABAA-rho receptors.
I also find that I will feel pretty dizzy if I take too much melatonin, so your body may be having a hard time turning off the melatonin production. Very bright light (like standing outside in the sun) might help.
