sapho juice

enemy's Photo enemy 14 Apr 2005

Consider the following:

- 15g powdered lemon-lime gatorade (REI)
- 1.25g piracetam (BAC)
- 0.5g aniracetam (UNI)
- 0.5g {0.485g glutamine, .10g vinpocetine, .005g huperzine A} (BAC)
- 0.1g ginkgo biloba (1Fast)
- 0.5g aGPC (1Fast)
-----------------------

When mixed with 8 - 10 oz. of water, will this powder mixture go into solution? Stay in suspension?
Will is taste like poison? I realize the aGPC is 50% silica-base so that probably won't homogenize... Is there anything else I should be worried about? Am I pushing the envelope as far as saturation goes; should I use more water? I welcome criticism (constructive) from anyone with experience.

I tried to combine the best elements of Neurostim with some gear I've had good luck with (i.e. piracetam) and throw in some choline for good measure. I've already heard the arguments about assays, so I don't want to see any responses along those lines here. Incidentally, the cost/dose is approximately $0.70 USD. This was not a huge factor in my supplier choices, but I was somewhat trying to maximize the "bang-per-buck". (I am not a businessman, I am a economics student. And relatively poor.)

On a side note: If I were to include L-tyrosine in this equation, would it interfere substantially with deprenyl consumption?

Are you taking that once daily or more?
Taking that twice daily would seem to be a pretty good dose.

Aniracetam is fat soluble so that's a no go to mix with water.
Aniracetam goes very well with Piracetam (I take 2600mg Piracetam + 800mg Aniracetam daily divided into 2 doses).
If you would like to have more than one *racetam, you could do some research on Oxiracetam.
It's water soluble and supposed to be good, I have no personal experience.

There shouldn't be any problems with mixing the others
(well gingko is plant material so it won't homogenize, not that it matters?) in 8 or 10 oz.

It will however taste very bad, due to Piracetam.
Some can handle it and some can't.

Bad taste, even considering the sports drink base?

What if I spike it up with splenda or stevia?

How bad of a taste? Worse than creatine ethyl ester (pretty bad)?

Twice a day is the (my) recommended daily consumption.

A little update:

The original sapho juice was good. I used it during exams and during other instances where complex abstract thought processes were required. It increased the speed of cognition tangibly. The taste, however, left something to be desired, particular in regards to the piracetam and the ginkgo. Those are two very strong and borderline unpleasant tastes.

But I've got a problem; I had to tinker. I can't help it. The results were sapho v2.0 as follows:

- 15g powdered lemon-lime gatorade (REI)
- 1.25g piracetam (BAC)
- 0.5g aniracetam (UNI)
- 0.5g {0.485g glutamine, .10g vinpocetine, .005g huperzine A} (BAC)
- 0.1g ginkgo biloba (1Fast)
- 0.5g aGPC (1Fast)
- 0.5g ALCAR (1Fast)
- 2.0g L-Tyrosine (1Fast)
----------------------------

Further updates as events warrant...

Where are you obtaining the components for your supplement regime? Any chance of poor interaction with the blasted Dexedrine I take?
