Mitigating Pyritinol Side Effect?

xks201's Photo xks201 01 Oct 2013

Pyritinol resolves my vertigo. It is the only thing that does this. When I take it, I get transient light stabbing pains in my liver and kidney regions that come and go for a day or two after taking the smallest dose. I read of one member taking taurine with his to mitigate toxicity. Can anyone else recommend anything else to take with it to possibly prevent these problems? I read that this reaction is due to the body's reaction to thiols(sulfhydryl groups) supposedly on the molecule. I know glutathione is needed to metabolize pyritinol but other than that I don't know what else to do but I need to take pyritinol to function for some reason.
