Chat or Gallery?

Hey,
This forum is outstanding, but don't you think the features Chat and Gallery could increase the forums activity,usage,spirit and attraction by adding the following features:
[+] Gallery -> More permissions on the Gallery "create album,etc)
[+] Chat
It would be excellent for the forum.
