D-Cycloserine contradictions?

I'm interested in stacking D-cycloserine with any of the following for experimentation:
Noopept, Aniracetam, (+ CDP-choline with the afformentioned), coluracetam, tianeptine.
I'm mainly worried about tianeptine due to it's action on NMDA receptors and glutamatergic interaction.
I have pretty much no neuropharmacological knowledge so I'm just wondering how safe this is.
Other than my interest in doing this, I'd consider myself a mentally healthy/physically healthy individual.

I guess you have read the studies on D-cycloserine as an adjunct to treatment of phobia and anxiety disorders, or the ones about combining tDCS with D-cycloserine to increase the neuroplasticity window to 24 hours? If so, I was intrigued as well.
But later reports have toned down the initial enthusiasm for D-cycloserine combined with CBT - basically, it speeds up the learning situation, but after a complete course of CBT, the D-cycloserine subjects did not have any better outcome than those on just CBT. So in a sense, it seems a bit like tDCS on its own, which also seems to be best for accelerating learning, but according to some studies seems not to improve the consolidation of learning into long term memory.
Personally I think you should be very careful with combining D-cycloserine with anything, as it is originally a potent broad spectrum antibiotic, and it is not known what combining it with any of the above drugs would do - also, it may upset your natural gut microbe balance.

I'm not so sure about D-Cycloserine, but high doses of D-Cyclosarin are 100% effective in eliminating the symptoms of anxiety
