Hi guys,
May you please give some tips by saying which amino acids, certain products (food, dark chocolate, etc) that help boost the brain while under sleep deprivation .
thank you.

I would suggest sleeping and eating heavy food.
A full-blown manic state can lead to psychosis, uncontrolled spending/betting, wreck social relations and make a person disregard necessary aspects of their life.

apparently creatine might be good to take when sleep deprived.

Hi
I've suffered a lot of sleep deprivation, due to stimulants, wakefulness agents, insomnia and other problems.
The cure:
High intake of Dietary CHOLESTEROL right before sleep.
This stimulates melatonin-release naturally, in a way vastly superior to melatonin supplementation.
Easiest method: Just eat 100-300 g shrimp before bed. Fish eggs (Roe) also work remarkably. Eggs doesn't seem to work as well.
To further facilitate sleep induction: Magnesium, Green vegetables, Meat, 5-HTP.
You may be skeptical, but give it a try. It's definitely worth it.

Are you on any meds or supplements (I don't want to suggest something that might cause an adverse reaction).
The only way to recover from sleep deprivation is to go to sleep. If you have to stay awake for what ever reason, do it as rarely as possible and for good reason. Stimulants are the only way to go. If you want amino acid stimulants grab some DLPA. No more than 2000mg in a day. and don't take it until someone has checked for drug interactions.

A B vitamin complex is very helpful.
I don't know how to get rid of that icky, heavy feeling in the limbs and head, however.

Hi
I've suffered a lot of sleep deprivation, due to stimulants, wakefulness agents, insomnia and other problems.
The cure:

This stimulates melatonin-release naturally, in a way vastly superior to melatonin supplementation.

Second that, melatonin helps a lot to survive sleep deprivation but you must take it the day before not during sleep deprivation probably is it because of the inverse relationship between dopamine and melatonin. (one of the main functions of sleep is to reset neurotransmitter balance so you'd need to "fake" sleep).
I'd say anything that increases cortisol (sleep deprivation boosts cortisol by 30 to 45%) should be eliminated, for this you have several options to reduce cortisol significantly :
- Vitamin C in high doses
- Zinc (quite powerful)
- Phosphatidylserine (in high doses with a meal)
- High carb meals, I suggest these when sleep deprived, they lower cortisol a lot
However high carb doesn't meal high GI, high GI foods are more likely to increase cortisol than lower it so be careful
- Magnesium helps also as well as NAC
