Short-Term Stress Enhances Immunity

Apparently, mice temporarily exposed to stressful situations prior to their vaccination/immunization developed superior immune capability compared to control mice that weren't.

So does that mean that vaccination shots should be administered with a dose of adrenaline, or perhaps after watching a scary movie?

What exactly is at work here? Are we talking about physiological stress, or emotional stress in particular? There is a difference between a rigorous exercise workout and a being upset after an argument with someone. Which of the two will result in better immune memory imprinting, when done right after a vaccination?
