Various types of Vitamin K and amounts

There are a lot of conversations on this forum about vitamin K. I was looking at the types available online and there are K1 and MK4 and MK7 and they are available from 100% of RDA to the level of 5000%. So I have two questions, first, how does the type used affect your wellbeing, like should you just take all of them, and then what is a reasonable dose, because with amounts that vary from what I have seen it seems like there is quite a bit of possibilities?

What ever the answers you get will be, they won't be more than educated guesses at best!

There has been some more or less experimental use of MK4 for osteoporosis in doses of up to 45mg/day and this seems to be somewhat effective, although I would call the effect size modest.

With MK7 there have been done some clinical studies based primarily on questionable surrogate endpoints.

It's very difficult to base a dosage decision on that although it seems a reasonable bet to me, that more than the amount in a normal diet could well be useful. But don't bet your life on that!
Personally I use one capsule of LEF's Super K per day and think that this is one of the more reasonable formulated products.
