New to Alcohol: + No Tolerance + l-tyrosin...

Hello,

 

What do you think of this idea?:

 

I am new to Alcohol, and well for what ever reason I am 'into' the supplements and all that (maybe I just need more exercise and be out more but who knows?).

 

Anyway,

 

Stuff that would take on empty belly in the morning:

- x3 8.5% beers.

-  l-tyrosine 1500mg

-  l-tryptophan 2000mg

 

(also remember, no tolerence to Alcohol...........).....

may I please ask you, well what would you add to the experment above?.

Yeah, don't forget to stack 2x AA meeting per day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon

NAC, 600-1200mg to mitigate the negative physical effects of alcohol intoxication and help your liver out. Magnesium and arguably a B-complex, as these (and other things not off the top of my head) are depleted by alcohol use.
