Why nobody plays quad-n-back?

William Sterog's Photo William Sterog 25 Apr 2015

Everybody talks about the potential benefits behind dual-n-back training but, in my case, after reaching dual-9-back level, I switched to quad-n-back's and found it noticeably harder.

I've only complete 91# plays in a year but, is something, I guess. Harder should means better for mental training and I find that the quad-3-back mode is more challenging than the dual-9-back's ever be.

Btw, I don't know if my scores are high or low, so feel free to share yours in order to compare each other.

English is not my first language so I probably commit tons of mistakes.
