Subcutaneous fat expression and Pufas

So apparently the consumption of PUFAS end up having such an effect that is reflected through the swelling of adipose tissue... I was wondering why my face seemed a bit fuller after adding back 60 grams of almonds per day to my diet (It has been one week now). It is certainly noticeable. I had no idea this effect could take place. A pleasant surprise that I am glad to share, and am wondering if any of you have ever noticed the same
