"Hello all.
First off, I want to sincerely thank everyone who has emailed and called with their concearns for me with the upmost gratitude I can offer. Thank you.
Second, about the site and the missing products...I cant go into too much detail, but a case is being made against me for some of the products I sold.
What does this mean to you? Basically nothing. No need to freak out about anything as the case is soley focused on me. Please understand this.
Also understand as of now, CNW is open. I would like to ask for everyone's support...please, if you can help me out with a purchase, please do so...I have an initial idea of how much this will cost, and I do not see me being able to afford to defend myself.
To the men of faith here, please pray for me in this situation, for my strength and hope, for the hearts of those in opposition to be filled with compassion and mercy and for my family as well."

Those disclaimers mean nothing. Claiming something as a research chemical means nothing. As it turns out many of these nootropics are illegal to sell. I'm getting a law firm to officially inform me of what nootropics I can and can't sell. From speaking with matt personally, I have a feeling a lot of things are going to stop being sold. I'm way to large to risk government involvement over a few sku's.
As far as the legal status of nootropics 1Fast400 you may wish to pm me I’m aware of the current status of most nootropics.

For legal reasons, I have to get it done by a lawyer. The one doing it only deals with nutritional based issues. Knowing things the DEA is going after, a lot of things are getting reday to change.
The DEA does not regulate non-controlled substances that nootropics fall under…...I have dealt with lawyers regarding these issues for decades for a number of companies but if you would prefer no input from me that is your choice.

However, I have no desire to have the government coming into my operation and snooping around. When people are having citrulline malate, garlic and a few othe random items seized from them by the government, I tend to get a little worried.
ummm are you hiding something?
btw last time i ordered green tea it was different than before, new one is almost red and has very strong smell, and before that was brown/gray and it look same sa NOW green tea capsules...just wondering...

I personally know some people who are having issues with the law over nootropics specifically. With some items, I'm sure I could go to court, in a lengthy battle and win on some items. However, I have no desire to have the government coming into my operation and snooping around. When people are having citrulline malate, garlic and a few othe random items seized from them by the government, I tend to get a little worried. While they might be in the wrong, I'm the one that has to pay the bill in court to prove it.
So you plan to remove all your nootropics from your website?

Piracetam
Oxiracetam
Idebenone
Aniracetam
In regards to my other comments, yes that is true. Someone had garlic, ctrulline malate and a joint compound seized due to "claims" made in the description.
It is pretty simple, the DEA has realized that DSHEA can be enforced if they go after it. For years they just bitched about DSHEA, now they are looking through it to find out what they can/can't enforce.

I will see what the lawyer says in their review. From there, I'll figure out what to do. I have 4 items that are being checked out:
Piracetam
Oxiracetam
Idebenone
Aniracetam
All of these are not currently FDA approved and thus subject to enforcement action by the FDA……....however Piracetam and Idebenone has been sold for well over 7 years in the US without any action taken by the FDA. Is there a risk?………of course but the risk is pretty small considering the vast array of dietary supplements being sold in the US not currently officially approved. The FDA normally gets actively involved when a drug company interests are effected……galantamine and pyridoxamine are good examples…..but fortunately in galantamine’s case Life Enhancement fought back and won, proving it was sold prior to its approval as a drug in the US.
I worked with Source Naturals (aka Threshold Enterprises) to get Idebenone approved but quickly rejected by the FDA…partly because Source Naturals did not try very hard unfortunately. But later that year the FDA raided Kirkman Labs who sells Idebenone only took and destroyed only their Taurine caps……why? well they made a medical claim on their site, a doctor complained to the FDA and viola FDA action.

Well its pretty simply just avoid making treatment/drug claims for dietary supplements.……….the FDA/FTC makes it clear what you can say in my opinion

DEA does not touch anything unless it is chemically (or possibly has similar effects) related to currently regulated illegal drugs.....understandable with Andro (which only became illegal when Bush signed an amendment altering the law to make it possible) and possibly with DHEA and other hormones. But as far as Nootropics go the DEA has little jurisdiction over them at the moment.
