Please forgive.  I am new at forums and such.  Please tell me how to post a question.  Thank you.

Um, you just did.  The only other thing that you'd want to do is pick the appropriate forum to post your question in.

I'm wondering the same thing. I only seem to be able to post and start a new topic in this forum. If i try, say in Brain Health, it says "You cannot start a new topic" or "You cannot reply...". Is this an account restriction or am I doing something wrong?

You must first make a post in the introduction forum, before being able to post elsewhere. If you have already done this and still cannot post elsewhere, then it might be some sort-of software bug.

Ok it must be a bug then because the first thing I did on here was post my intro:

Any suggestions on how to get this fixed?

Perilous3D, I'm unable to replicate this problem. Are you perhaps trying to post in an archived sub forum (i.e Nootropic Stacks)?

Ah! Yes, that's exactly what it was. I didn't notice the note at the top saying that the sub-forum was locked. My bad. Thanks for the help!

Thank you for your reply regarding not being able to post.  Much appreciated.  I did manage to post my question but now will have to find where it is!

Navigating this sites is definitely not my forte.  Thanks.  Sandi

Click on your name at the top right of the page and go to My Profile. On the next page click on Posts on the left and you will be able to see all the posts you made.
