New Interest

I'll confess I'm extremely new to nootropics, though I've heard them mentioned countless times (in particular over at AL forums). I'd like to consider a small/simple stack for myself, and would like some suggestions. My diet currently is relatively clean, but I am only supplementing with one multivitamin, 3-6g fish oil, and ~5g creatine/ per day.
In particular I have problems sleeping and getting up in the morning. After a weight lifting session I am usually physically tired, but mentally far more alert and responsive than before the workout. So something to help fall asleep or the quality of sleep, and mental clarity during the day would be great.
I'll attempt to find info on everything you recommend (I can't seem to find a definitive list - ie piracetem = good in this area, hence my posting )
Thanks for any help! [lol]

The multivitamin I use now is a basic Giant Eagle (food store in PA) one. No coffee, but I have the occasional diet coke/iced tea, though usually just water/milk. No other sports supplements besides creatine (and the obvious whey protien which I don't think is pertinent)

You should consider using better multivit. Personally I use NOW Foods ADAM. It's a good ratio of price/quality.
For insomnia you could try valerian (tincture or capsules), or melatonin.
Piracetam is cheap and could help you with daily mental clarity, along with some choline supplement like choline citrate or more advanced AGPC.

What type of vitamins should I really be looking for in a multivitamin, or perhaps just a general increase in all present (sans toxic levels)?
