With the nasal spray versions of Semax and Selank, you get Cerebrolysin-level benefits without having to deal with needles, sublinguals, or anything else. Also, Semax and Selank work for ~20 hours, so there's no need to continually redose throughout the day. Fish oil, vitamins, etc are added to round things out, but the main things are Semax and Selank. And PhenylPiracetam Hydrazide helps give an extra boost (as-needed), as would Adrafinil (300 - 600mg).

 

Further additions could include a cycle of NSI-189 each quarter (following a cycle of Cerebrolysin).

P21 is like zen/meditation in a bottle, as is selank. SEMAX increases motivation for 3-4 hours and has nootropic effects that last ~20 hours.
