Anyone have experience taking mucuna pruri...

Hey guys.
So Im thinking about taking mucuna pruriens to help combat sexual side effects from lexapro. Before any lectures on lexapro, Ive tried so many things and it is the only thing that helps for anxiety/depression. Would appreciate if we could keep the discussion on topic about mucuna.
So was wondering:
1.what is the recommended way to take mucuna?
2.Is there any way to take it long term w/o side effects?
3. Should it be taken with l-tyrosine to combat decrease in tyrosine hydoxygenase?
4. Can I take l-tyrosine alone, instead of mucuna, to help with libido?
5. Are there dangers to long term tyrosine use?
6. And finally, are there any herbs that can be taken long term (without cycling) to help with increasing libido?
Much thanks!

John, it doesn't look like many here have experience with taking Mucuna. Neither do I but I found the subject interesting and I took a good look here:

It's a very exhaustive description of the use of Mucuna. Hope this helps!

I just bought 50 grams of pharmaceutical grade L-Dopa, (100% pure from Nutrivita) along with 25 grams of 5-HTP, (because they should be taken together,) which is different than Mucuna Pruriens capsules which are usually 15% or 20% L-Dopa. I'm in the middle of researching dosing.
