i am feeling very restless because i cant get to sleep as my mind is too active
i suspect it is becos i am taking prozac
should i discontinue or there are ways to cope?

Probably speak to your doctor, they might add something to help sleep, or switch medications.

Stay away from that junk medicine.
Melatonin = sleepy, easier to fall asleep.
Theanine = better sleep quality.

consult your doctor for re-scheduling; try to take prozac first thing in the morning right after breakfast
