I'd like to give Baclofen a try for treating my GAD and SAD; anxiety and alcoholics forums have lots of good accounts on its anxiolytic properties. There is only a handful scientific studies to support this, but I just wanna give it a try.

I currently take Quetiapine 25mg, morning and evening. I saw some minor interactions with Baclofen. I'm a little concerned with all the supps I'm taking, though. Do you think I can try Baclofen without cutting smth?

L-Lysine 2g

Tryacetyluridine 150mg

Supps (morning):

DHA 1000mg EPA 500mg

ALCAR 500mg

Life Extension two-per-day tablets (one tablet)

Vit. C 1000mg

Vit. E 400IU

Now Foods Garlic 5000 (one tablet)

Looks fine.

Only alcohol & benzos would seem to interact with Baclofen, both affecting the GABA system.
