hi im new to this NAD thing, I heard these are precursors to NAD+ which helps with energy. I was wondering which one is better which do you guys prefer to increase NAD levels? Also does NADH increase NAD+/NAD levels or is that something different? what dosage do you guys use?

imho, this educational material from ABN site is a pretty fair review of where we're at...

https://alivebynatur...d-boosters/nmn/

I used NR for a couple of years (w/o any demonstrable positive effect), and am now trying sublingual NMN...

There is good evidence that NAD boosters are most effective when there is a documented deficit (due to age, addiction, disease, etc.).

I personally think NMN is more effective, and really like the explanations on ABN and their products, but they are biased for NMN.

Its not really fair to just present one side. Maybe also point to the Chromadex spin for NR.
