Hi,
I would like to make a stack of the best supplements for healing lungs to reverse any damage that may have occured due to viral pneumonia and otherwise, including pulmonory fibrosis. I would be interested in regenerative supplements and lung healing supplements.
Many thanks

I would hypothesize Niagen would help with that. You can supplement with beef lungs purchasable on Amazon. They have many of the organs and I would certainly try supplementing with an beef organ because it may contain all of the healthy growth factors and constituents of the lung, I would take it fasting so it is the only nutrients available for your body.

Anything that helps the immune system will heal it. A lot of diseases cause immune system to never be the same again so full healing can never take place. Carnosine and zinc carnosine is a good start maybe. That's why it is good to keep it healthy so damage can never take place or become as bad.

You may wish to look into PPC (polyenylphosphatidylcholine), brand name PhosChol.

PPC is best known as an antifibrotic for the liver, though its mode of action should pertain to other tissues as well

An interesting side note... The pulmonary surfactant given to premature infants is largely a phospholipid therapeutic, and some feel this may have potential at healing other pulmonary problems:

Lung surfactant in subacute pulmonary disease
PPC was also very popular with Hep-C patients as an antifibrotic.
I've taken PPC for over a decade now, and believe it has helped with aging, which often involves organs & tissues becoming fibrotic as we age.
Hope this helps.

Here's the book on PPC (aka Essential Phospholipids)

Scroll down the left side to page 85-86, section 5.7 - 5.7.2 for information on pulmonary therapy.

In healthy lungs, healing and tissue remodeling will progress without intervention. However, that is not necessarily the case in aged lungs. For instance, nearly all cases of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) occur in individuals over 50 years old. Clearing senescent cells in aged individuals shows promise in restoring normal tissue homeostasis and healing, but in the case of pulmonary fibrosis only slows the progression of the disease state.

No supps from my side, but maybe of interest nonetheless
I did some IVs of 0,3% H2O2 (added DMSO, Mg, Quinton Hypertonic) for clearing the blood pathways and my smoker lungs. As H2O2 reacts with Catalasa enzyme there are lots of micro bubbles, these travel with the bloodflow and clean the lungs from the inside.
It's from a book by William Campbell MD, H2O2 medical miracle
has plethora of applications, worth the reading time
Really enjoy how easy it's now to breathe.

Dr. Levy tells from clinical experience of using H2O2 up to 3% in a nebulizer as prevention against covid. And similiarly reports of improvement in smokers emphysema/COPD.

Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is safe for use on the mucous membranes as gargling or as a nasal spray; in fact, it is already commonly used in otolaryngology. Figure Figure11 shows the epithelial of oral mucosa treated with H2O2 3% for a period of 6 months. No damage was observed on oral mucous membranes or their microvilli after ongoing gargling treatment with H2O2 3%.

I recently was recommended Cordyceps for "clearing out the lungs".
I haven't tried it so can't personally comment on it's effectiveness.

Cordyceps is excellent stuff, I always felt it improving my breathing when doing aerobic exercise. You just need to get high quality extract like Dr. Best Ultra Cordyceps and take a bit more than the recommended dose (1500-3000 mg felt strong).
Quick AI summary on Cordyceps and lung health:
Cordyceps may support lung health by showing potential benefits in conditions like asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). It is used in traditional Chinese medicine to soothe the lungs and has been studied for its anti-inflammatory, anti-fibrotic, and immune-enhancing effects, which can improve lung function and quality of life. How Cordyceps may help lung health
- Improves lung function: Studies on patients with asthma have shown that Cordyceps can improve lung function, exercise tolerance, and quality of life. It may also help with symptoms of chronic bronchitis, according to some clinical trials.
- Reduces inflammation: Cordyceps has anti-inflammatory properties that may help reduce inflammation in the airways, a key factor in conditions like COPD and asthma.
- Fights fibrosis: Research suggests that Cordyceps can help alleviate lung fibrosis, a condition where lung tissue becomes scarred and stiff, by inhibiting the excessive deposition of extracellular matrix proteins.
- Supports respiratory health: Cordyceps may help protect against damage from air pollutants and support overall respiratory function.
- Boosts immune function: It can enhance immune function, which may be beneficial in managing certain lung conditions, such as by improving immune response and potentially reducing the severity of some viral infections like COVID-19.

Exist others:
- Nigella sativa
- Fo-ti or He shou wu (have a lot of Iron)
other cheap matter but I think is too much here.
