Whoa, blood markers worse after Fisetin and three weeks of NMN. Is this connected? (aging 6 years in 3 months)

I'm like 145lbs, 8%bf, 42m.

10/10/2022

Neutrophils 3 [1.4-7]

Lymphocytes 1.2 [.7-3.3]

Neutrophil/Lymph ratio: 2.5 [0-2.9]

Creatinine: 1.03

eGFR: 94

Phenotypic age: -12.52

DNA Methylation age: -12.72

(I was 41 at the time, so these were 29ish)

From Longevity Advantage.

12/26/2022

Two days of 1000mg Fisetin

12/28/2022

Begin 250mg/day Jarrow NMN

1/17/2023

Neutrophils: 5.7 [1.4-7]

Lymphocytes: 1 [.7-3.3]

Neutrophil/Lymph ratio: 5.7 [0-2.9]

Creatinine: 1.07

eGFR: 89

Phenotypic age: -6.5

DNA Methylation age: -6.5

I'm 42 now, so these are 35.5ish.

So I've aged 6 years in 3 months??

eGFR may be normal variations, but I am normally >94  A 5 point reduction in eGFR in 3 months possibly isn't good, though.

wtf Neutrophil Lymph ratio???  It's way out of normal range (upper limit is 2.9, mine is 5.7).  This is usually due to bacterial infection or physiological stress.  I recently started a new workout (after not working out for a while) with kettlebells, but I'm talking very low volume (5-10 snatches per arm total).  I don't think that would raise neutrophil quantities that much.  Would it?

Probably going to stop the NMN and not do another round of Fisetin.

It is an interesting data point, but one measurement cannot be considered statistically relevant. If you are worried, I would take another test relatively soon. It might be a one-off aberration. I have seen many people reporting DNA methylation results that vary by at least 5 years from test-to-test. I took three tests a couple of years ago and they varied by over a dozen years.

So I want to take the blood tests again.

I am more concerned with the elevated NLR, yet I wonder if that's exercise-induced.

Most of what I've read online says it lasts for a few hours, but ChatGPT said a few days lol.

I want to do some extra inflammation markers, too.  Most of what I've read about NMN has people decreasing the hs-CRP for example.  So I was really surprised to see higher neutrophils and lower eGFR (which could be regular fluctuation).  I read someone else that MAYBE thin people shouldn't use Fisetin in large doses because it removes fat senescent cells and something about thin people not having enough of them?

AFAIK I am not sick, have no bacterial or viral or fungal* infection, which are what causes elevated neutrophils.

I think I'm gonna not exercise for a few more days and then repeat the CMP and CBC and do hsCRP and ESR and I dunno what else.

*I am treated jock itch yet it's basically gone by now and doesn't usually increase neutrophils.
