Wondering if this community can help me

Hi guys,
I've been having some trouble that my doctor can't seem to help me with, and I was wondering if there was anything obvious dietary/nootropic ways of fixing this.
Starting a year ago I started to get very anxious and depressed. A long with that I became very fatigued. I feel like I can sleep at any time.
At first I thought it was the depression that was making me so tired, so the doctor set me up with an SSRI and a counsellor. With those I have finally gotten rid of the anxiety and depression.....but the fatigue is still here!
My usual schedule is get up at 7 am (very hard to get up), go to work and try to stay awake all day, get home eat dinner and pass right out. Then I set my alarm for 8pm because I have to get up to go workout (I am a bodybuilder...making this situation even more frustrating). Once I get home the funny thing is I usually cannot sleep and I have to take a Lunesta.
Diet-wise I have been through a ton of diets being a bodybuilder. BUT, the makeup if the diets are different in their macronutrient breakdown not their micronutrient. There is a possibility I could have a vitamin deficiency.
Thanks for your help

This is only my personal opinion, but I think you may benefit from trying Methylcobalamin (sublingual) supplements as there may be a possibility of a cobalamin (b12) deficiency.

Won't be that because I actually inject 1200mcg of hydroxycobalamin and 800mcg of cyanacobalamin a week for appetite stimulation. Made no difference to fatigue but did increase appetite. Good idea though! I know B12 deficiency was a known cause of fatigue.
