Pretty interesting lecture by Dr. Robert Sapolsky. If you like this, you might want to check out his books. The three I've read have all been quality and entertaining.

Thanks for the talk.
I was amazed at how strongly stress affected immune response for over a month after a 'traumatic' experience, as talked about in the SENS talks. This talk added/expanded on that. Nice.
I have some friends at washington state and I have been impressed with their bio programs/labs.

*Edit* Based on his endangerment theory: Being stressed out and then choosing to drink is a really bad idea.
His energy crisis theory suggests that meditation would be particularly helpful for dealing with diabetes. Perhaps creatine may help with the energy crisis, im not sure if it is stored in the brain though.*/edit*
