Cost wise would be choline citrate. Alpha GPC is the best in terms of effect.

Bitartrate generally is the lousiest one from my experience. Another option at your disposal is cdp-choline, which would be the happy medium between alpha gpc and choline citrate.

alright thanks. So Citrate would be efficient to do the job? Whats a good dosage for each? I was thinking 3g piracetam and 1g choline
Also, whats the truth behind choline making you smell? what kind of dosage does that

3g Piracetam 1g Choline citrate sounds about fine. I was taking a teaspoon of choline citrate which was about 2.5 grams and that worked perfectly. Choline supplementation will only make you emit that fishy smell if you take a huge amount, or if you are in a minority that lacks an enzyme that helps break down a metabolite of choline - trimethylamine.

I like CDP choline, but it does cost more than others usually. It has alot of research backing it's efficacy.
