Better search a better source then 1fast400. In my experience 1fast400 bulk products are crap, not sealed, moist and contain human hairs.

I think they are saying that out of
the whole alpha-gpc molecule only
50 percent is actually choline because
of its structure.
alpha-glycerolphosphorylcholine =
glycerol (fat component) + phosphoryl (phosphate group) + choline.
I'm not quite sure what the alpha part means. Its probably
a reference to where the glycerol fits on the molecule.
So the short answer to your question is, the other
50 percent is glycerol and phosphorous.

so when the board members here say 500mg per day of A-gpc, would it be 500mg of this product or 1g since yada-yada...?
