Recently I've had some issues with Supplementcentral.com

1) Some of my orders never came, totally these orders are worth around $70. I tried to contact the company, but I never received a response.

2) I paid for standard international rate for shipping, BUT they still send it with USPS to Norway which meant that I had to pay $60 ekstra for shipping.

The reason why I'm still with them is because they're the only company that I know who can send their products declared at a lower rate in order to esape the customs. What other companies out there might be similar? I've tried Iherb, bodybuilding.com and Vitadigest, but none of them are the same.

Try mail forwarders, like myus or access usa. They can reduce DV, at least myus.

You should really consider MyUs. I've been shopping in US for supplements, electronics and other stuff for two years with them, the best thing is that you can buy in US stores, that offer domestic shipment only.
10 lbs package to Russia costs ~120-130 USD based on the number of parcels you consolidate, it arrives in 3-4 days. Also, you can set DV as a percentage of original parcel value, AND a total maximum DV for the whole shipment in your account settings.

What did you order? Some USA supplement companies are under a lot of scrutiny right now, particularly sending some supplements overseas. They dont answer email because of this problem, I would just wait and see. What you ordered may be available from a company in England look around on the bodybuilding boards for England.
