My Nootropic Stack

Methylene Blue: 1/2 drop a day a drop split into 3 doses.
Piracetam: 400mg a day split into 3 doses (200mg, 100mg, 100mg)
ALCAR: 2g a day split into 3 doses
CDP Choline: 300mg with olive oil at breakfast
Sulbutiamine: 300mg with olive oil at breakfast
4g of omega 3's (from 6g of fish oil concentrate).
5mg of Lithium Orotate at night
500mg of Bacopa (Bacopin brand).
1 Lecithin pill at dinner
Many cups of strong green tea.
Other Supplements:
Multivitamin
500mg of Pom4p (pomegrante extract)
2000iu of Vitamin D
100 mcg Vitamin K2
500 mg of Magnesium Citrate
1mg of Melatonin
Glass of red wine (probably not a good idea considering my liver is also processing these other supplements).

health_nutty, it looks great your stack. I started recently with all the nootropics stuff. I also see to respond better to piracetam microdoses. But somedays it makes me feel sleppy others i feel great. Do you have any side effect with your stack? No drowsiness, no fatigue? Why do you take vit k? Thanks
No side effects with my stack. I noticed I crave caffeine much much less. I take vitamin k2 for health reasons. It prevents / reverses arterial calcification (and is very difficult to get from your diet).

I'm very curious: how long have you been taking sulbutiamine? Do you take it every day? Have you noticed any decrease in efficacy? I find it curious that some here have reported severe tolerance issues, while others haven't noticed anything in this regard.

I haven't been taking sulbutiamine long (only a week). It hasn't lost any effectiveness yet. It seems to help prevent mental fatigue. Piracetam, alcar, and other simulating noots give me a boost, but also wipe burn me out faster. Sulbutiamine seems to prevent that. I think I'm especially sensitive to Piracetam.
Hmm, in that case, you may want to read the discussions about tolerance and side effects (marked in the thread index, I think). I seem to recall someone saying that after two weeks the effectiveness started to drop off...

I've developed this stack experimenting with one supplement at a time. I started with the recommended dosage and adjusted from there. Most important thing I noticed is I need micodoses of Piracetam.
Methylene Blue: 1/2 drop a day a drop split into 3 doses.

Definitely not surprised! I actually can't believe you can take ALCAR, CDP and exogenous lecethin (in addition to what you get from your diet) together at all.
Are you still on a low-carb diet? I remember our discussion when you first started taking piracetam, and I've found the idea borne out this year. I tried low-carb for a while this summer, and found I could combine cholinergics in a way that would give me a splitting headache and crazy brain fog otherwise.

I'm not low-carb anymore, I'm gluten free. I have incorperated some brown rice (and occasionally potato in my diet). Probably lower carb than most, but I don't perform at my best mentally or physically when I let my carbs get too low.

@health_nutty, thanks for sharing your stack, its helpful for me. I'm currently contemplating adding sulbutiamine to my own regimen and was wondering about which brand/source you use? And if possible; how you chose it? (market seems very non-transparent..)
I use smartpowders brand uncapped.

Sulbutiamine is awesome, but after about a week it started losing effectiveness for me. Not only that, after I got off of it I was an irritable mess. So it seems I suffered from withdraws and tolerance. It was good while it lasted!
Strange. This is my second week. I don't get energy from Sulbutiamine like some do. I just seems to prevent me from getting mentally drained. This effect has not diminished (yet).

150mg of Picamilion split into 3 doses.
3 tablespoons of nutritional (brewers) yeast (mostly for the 600mg of uridine)
2g of l-glutamine
Many cups of strong green tea.
Other Supplements:
Multivitamin
500mg of Pom4p (pomegrante extract)
2000iu of Vitamin D
100 mcg Vitamin K2
500 mg of Magnesium Citrate
1mg of Melatonin

I did not know Methylene Blue is available as a supplement. Source?. Does it have noticeable effect?Thanks.
apparently, you can get it from the local fish shop (in the US at least).
