Nootropics survey to help design regimens

Yvain, who you may know from Slate Star Codex and interesting posts like "Beware Mass-Produced Medical Recommendations" , is running a nootropics survey to get an idea of what works:

I think it's a good idea, and I'd also like to have a nice dataset of responses because I think it might make for good factorization practice: I suspect that nootropics really cluster into stimulants, anxiolytics, and miscellaneous/ineffective, and it'd be nice to see if similar clusters emerge from the survey responses. Just filled it out. That is a really great idea. Looking forward to seeing the results.
