Coffee
The primary psychoactive chemical in coffee is caffeine, an adenosine antagonist that is known for its stimulant effects. Coffee also contains the monoamine oxidase inhibitors β-carboline and harmane, which may contribute to its psychoactivity.

About coffee I have heard too that sometimes is bad for health. So, which are the risks of drinking it frequently? Or, which is the recommended dosis?

Thanks so much Michael.

Haha, I do not know too much about it, I just copied and pasted the information from the Wikipedia page about Coffee. I just enjoy 1 cup of coffee in the morning and it seems to help me out with focus and concentration. There are probably better options out there, but I thought I would bump your thread to get it going!
I have read that caffeine plus Theanine works really well for focus and concentration, thats why I drink Tea as well since it has both caffeine and theanine in it. You can always buy the individual supplements but I prefer the natural routes when possible.
I would look into Caffeine and Theanine, there is a lot of information on them for focus and concentration issues.

Best of luck!
