I have had a negative experience with one of their products and therefore would not recommend that anyone purchases from them, particularly given my issue with their product was not resolved.

We have a 100% return policy and you can call us if you have any issues.
We have never received any calls from you with a problem.
Your statement is pretty bold considering the thousand's of happy customers and many from this forum to recommend no one buy from us.
If you want a refund or replacement simply call us its that simple.

Ok, I have given UNI a second chance and they have definitely improved as far as customer service goes. The thing that annoys me though is that they have these great products (Tianeptine, Nefiracetam, Pramiracetam) but they have been out of stock for a while. I keep checking back with their website and they are still not stocked. My question is this: when they are restocked, will they have continous supplies or do we constantly have to go through these long waiting periods for these rare-find products?

Sorry for the delay guys and thanks for the second chance dopamine.
Tianeptine = will be back in stock in about 2 weeks.
Nefiracetam = our source dried up for now, but we are looking.
Pramiracetam = our tablets should be back in stock in 1-2 weeks, we ship it direct from europe so it does take some time to get it in, once we get the bulk amounts we should have it in stock for at least 6 months.
