LONGECITY

I met this girl 2 times in my life, ever since i met her i'm a total wreck. I can't sleep, i lost 10 pounds, i also developed prediabetes all of sudden.

 

I got in contact with her. I think she doesn't share my sentiment. When she was nice to me i was in a hypomanic state, then she turned sour and i got depressed :/

 

It seemed kind of extreme and the love is unrequited to my dismay. I got into the deepest depersonalization of my life. My libido is gone.

 

I was improving in so many aspects of my life and now everything is falling apart. I can't exercise, can't eat, i feel like i have some kind of fever. It really does suck. I don't know what to do.

It's called oneitis. You will get past it.

Read, regroup, exercise, meditate, it will take.
Do not stay inside and sulk. Nature heals, watch a sunset, take a walk.

Find someone worthy of the awesomeness that is you!
