How will be the Treatment?

(I am putting this thread to the bioscience section. I don't know where else I can post.)
If any treatment for aging or aging damage discovered; how will it be like, what will it look like etc.? Is it gonna be a drug? Surgery? Something like radiation theraphy?
I don't know much about how treatments are performed etc. So I like to gain more knowledge about it, but sadly, I couldn't find anything about this...

It would most likely be some type of drug, but I believe it won't be that straight forward and likely there will be many aspects involved if they ever discover something like that.
