1 slice of whole bread 60 kcal

tea 3 necks 4 kcal

olive oil 18 ml 150 kcal

15 grams sunflower seed 87 kcal

2/3 neck of coffe 1 kcal

387 kcal

other neck of tea 07:30 am 1.33 kcal 

total 388.33 kcal

+ 1 neck of tea 1.33 kcal 389.66 kcal

300 ml coffe 2.5 kcal total 392.16 kcal

exercise 1 rep 26.8 kg weight lifting

body fat 7.43% adipometer yesterday at 65 kg 

i want reach -1.5% body fat adipometer in keto and 54 kg

i build redubioshake and i want take 30 grams a day with non fat milk keto cause energy loss in me i drop 66.6 kg to 64.7 in 3 days of Keto with gym

milk 800 ml non fat 240 kcal 100 grams 5% fat minced meat 137 kcal 400 ml grape fanta 94 kcal 1 banana 83 kcal +50 grams liquid cooked corn meal 42.5 kcal  +50 grams rice 64 kcal +redubio shake 120 grams 596 kcal +392.16 breakfast+100 grams beens 131 kcal

+cookie cake 1 slice 100 kcal +1999.66 kcal +1 cooked egg+ two slice whole bread with butter 210 kcal since i waked up 2267.66 kcal+250 kcal redubio 2517.66 kcal
