LongeCity - Keep Cool With This Unique Green Tea

I've been using YamaMotoYama Iced Green Tea powder to keep cool for years. It comes in individual packets. I carry it around in my purse. I add this to room temperature water for its cooling, refreshing energy. YamaMotoYama Iced Green Tea tea also contains Vitamins C and K and antioxidants. Sometimes I add it to fruit juice. The good thing about taking green tea this way is that the lack of heat preserves certain nutrients that would otherwise be damaged. I use room temperature water because I follow Chinese medicine which says that cold or iced water is bad for you. I do drink brewed green tea as well. I find that raw and brewed green tea provide different benefits. This tea is a lot like matcha tea, for me.

Because there is a large Asian population where I live, I am able to find YamaMotoYama Iced Green Tea in a certain supermarket chain in their Asian tea section. You might have to mail order it or go to a special store.

Personally, I always go for the unsweetened version of this product, in the blue box. There is a sweetened version. Check the labeling so you don't buy the wrong one. This says it is "Iced Tea" but you can add it to room temperature water. It works fine.
