LongeCity - Charaterisation of microglia

We used several markers to prove that what looks like microglia really are microglia. We used so called surface markers (CDs) including CD11b and CD45. These markers are also used to distinguish between what people all macrophages and what people think microglia are (there are a lot of discussions about the identity of microglia). The cells in the red circle are considered microglia.

Well, funny thing — I was just scrolling through gaming sites when I stumbled upon need for slots . The universal bonuses for every player looked too good to skip, so I tried Sweet Bonanza. Lost a bit at first, but then hit a chain of multipliers that made my night. The interface is clean, easy to use, and the rewards are fair. Definitely worth checking out.

Hey, guys! Today I decided to try something new and opened spinmacho. At first, I didn't know where to start, but then in the middle of the game I stumbled upon a slot with interesting bonuses. Each spin was like a little adventure, and I really got into it. I spent a couple of hours there, forgetting about everything else. I recommend everyone try this game — it's easy, fun, and just plain awesome!

My two cents - always check RTP before trying new slots, saves disappointment later. Personally switched mostly to sports betting, feels more predictable when you know teams. I’ve tried out the Mostbet app https://mostbet-pak.pk/app/ for cricket and football, their odds update live which helps timing bets right. App runs light, doesn't fu.. battery like some others. Pro tip whatever platform you use - set loss limits BEFORE playing, not after. Easy to forget time when those spins get exciting.

Connecting my wallet on the bet platform was one of the easiest steps I’ve experienced in online betting, and once I placed a few wagers, I loved how quickly results and payouts landed back into my wallet without waiting for days, which made the entire betting journey feel friction‑less and more in line with how I expected modern crypto‑enabled gaming to work.
