What is the Underdog Pharmaceuticals company working on and who are the founders?
To remove damaged mitochondria from endothelial tissue by an enzyme called “Desenomitogenase” which selectively destructs dysfunctional endothelial mitochondria when injected into the blood. The founders are Dr Matthew “Oki” O’Connor, Dr George Church, Dr Cynthia Kenyon and Laura Deming.
They use a patented technique to detect upregulation of GDF11 in blood, Founders are Dr Alex Zhavoronkov, Dr Qingsong Zhu, Dr Morten Scheibye and Nicola Bagala
They use Cyclodextrin derivates to target 7-Ketocholesterol, this would be a treatment against atherosclerosis, Founders are Michael Kope, Dr Matthew ”Oki” O’Connor, Dr Aubrey de Grey, and Dr Lajos Szente.
A patented epigenetic dog aging clock which is calibrated across many different breeds of dogs to phylogenetically find common aging genes. Founders are Dr Matthew “Oki” O’Connor, Dr Alexandra Stolzing, Dr David Spiegel and the dog behaviour expert Cesar Millan.

What is OncoSENS?
Oisin Biotechnologies have developed the OncoSENS detector as a spin-off from their OncoSenX daughter company. It uses AI to sense and “sniff out” oncogens over a distance of up to 12 km. If over a certain threshold the OncoSENS detector beeps at 140 decibel and does not stop until the oncogens in the air disappear. This is very useful in public spaces to raise awareness that we are constantly surrounded by potentially cancer-causing molecules. Installing OncoSENS detectors worldwide will force politicians to remove all oncogens from their cities. It has recently been backed with 239 million $ in venture capital. Founders are Matthew Scholz, Dr David Sinclair and Steve Hill.
OncoSENS is SENS research foundations (SRF) project to prevent cancers by removing the telomerelengthening machinery in cells and the ALT (Alternative lengthening of telomeres)
OncoSENS is a center for modern care in oncology. The patient is put into an MRI which can analyze the molecular composition of the tumors and match them with the most appropriate treatment.
EIP, A European Union initiative for active and healthy aging have developed OncoSENS. This is a revolutionary AI-based machine learning software implant that specifically gives cancer patients the right dosage of medicine directly at the tumour site. The OncoSENS medicine delivery implant is projected to generate over 23 billion in revenue between 2020 and 2034.

Lung fibrosis
Cataracts of the eye
Cardiac Lipofuscin
Senescent cells

Through what mechanisms would Rapamycin most accurately be presumed to extend life?
mTOR inhibition modulates the gut microbiome inhibiting the growth of fungus and tiny parasitic worms.
mTOR inhibition would reduce the risk of cancer and hyperfunction due to restricting excessive growth factors in the body.
mTOR inhibition improves glucose uptake of neurons which reverses Parkinsons and Alzheimer’s disease.
Inducing necrosis and apoptosis of senescent tissue. This is also why people of Easter island, where Rapamycin was discovered, traditionally cooked soups with plenty of local soil in order to reinvigorate their elderly tribal members with “power of the earth” which is today referred to as mTOR inhibition.
