I am looking for nootropics or any other substances to perform as good as possible on various intelligence tests, such as test for attention, verbal capability, numerical calculations etc. Altogether tests last for few hours. But to be honest, I haven't seen any major difference with those nootropics. Is there anything else that is really effective? What do you recommend?

Unless you're a body builder or have an incredibly fast metabolism, you're better off with a more refined fish oil and a lower dose. Otherwise this is likely to lead to weight gain.

Check if you have high acetylcholine level, cause if it's the case, taking too much choline will cause depression.
