I want to read more about the damage accumulation theory of aging.

Can you recommend me some reading?

You may have read some of them, but they may be good for starting:

Here is an older topic of mine about with an overview study of the various theories:

An overview on the aging theories and potential interventions to extend life
http://www.longecity...to-extend-life/

Then there is the fightaging blog summaries:

The Root Causes of Aging

and those of the SENS homepage:

Aging as We've Known It - http://sens.org/rese...s-weve-known-it

and the Introduction to SENS research

http://sens.org/rese...o-sens-research

And maybe the Wikipedia with the links:

Ageing - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ageing

Senescence - http://en.wikipedia....wiki/Senescence

Also a Pubmed search may give you some relevant material to read.

Read Ending Aging by Aubrey yet? It's very interesting and goes into great detail. Helped me understand some things that had slipped me by in the anti-aging blogosphere.
