Anyone know if the LEF blood test panel typically goes on sale at some point in the year? I'd like to get retested to see how my interventions are doing, but if there's a sale coming up, I may wait.

Last year it was April. In other years I believe it was May. I think they'll keep it this way because that's the best time of year to test vitamin D.

I just called them and they said that it is usually around the end of April or early May.

Looks like the discount testing is going on now through June 2. Here's what I'll be ordering:

Male panel: $198
Vitamin D, 25-hydroxy: $25
Ferritin: $21
Hemoglobin A1C: $23.25
Total: $235.75

The ferritin will tell me how my iron levels are (they were high in the past), an the hemoglobin A1C will give me information about my AGE levels.

They also have a selenium test if you are tired of being uncertain about what dose to take.
