50 mg Trans Resveratrol, 300 mg Grape Seed Extract, 100 mg Quercetin Bioflavonoid per Capsule.

Too little resveratrol to have a life extending effect though it may contribute to cardiovascular health, according to most people here (and backed by low-dose studies). More than enough quercetin to block any Sirt1 activation by resveratrol, and enough grape seed extract to act as a mild stimulant and anti-depressant. Taking a dozen pills to increase the dose isn't advisable. The 50% resveratrol extract is contaminated with enough emodin to be a potent laxative, and the grape seed extract will likely overstimulate in higher doses.

Do you work for these people?
