This work includes continuing to meet to discuss the details of the implementation of links and information that will help this chapters flyers system function as productively as possible. The following items wont go in to effect until this work is done.

Team Member Minimum Monthly requirement.
All you have to do to move from helper to member status is to distribute a minimum of 10 flyers, pamphlets or any kind of peice of literature from the approved list per month. These have to be physical distributions, they wont count if they are on the internet. However, if you want to do this on the internet, there is a team just for that too, here. In particular, these flyers need to have the imminst.org/chapters link on them. Of course, the more a Team Member puts out, the better. Impress the rest of the team, put out 40 or 90. The team captain will keep track of the minimum, and indicate that youve met the requirement by changing your name to bold in the official member and helper list periodic update topic here. You are welcome to, encouraged to, keep track of your maximums too.

Moderators will clean up entries and guide you through any potential details that arent quite on point, and are there to discuss it with you.
Small incentives for team members include having names published in the ImmInst newsletters, and being entered in the volunteer prize system.
