I just found this article on Science Daily that states that Antioxidants taken on a daily basis in healthy people may cause an increased risk in Diabetes. Any thoughts on this?

Quote from article:

"Although any health implications of the new findings would require further study, the findings lead Tiganis to suspect it is best not to take daily antioxidant vitamins, especially if you are otherwise healthy. "Do exercise," he says, as this is a natural source of ROS that may promote insulin action."

This is more evidence along the same lines as the "antioxidants attenuate exercise benefits" thread we beat to death recently. It certainly looks like megadosing antioxidants can interfere with the body's signaling processes which is detrimental for insulin sensitivity (at the very least).
