i dont believe calcium should be included. its a large molecule and would drastically increase the number of capsules to obtain an appreciable dose.

Agreed. I'm not even sure if most people need additional calcium anyway -- diet usually covers it, unless your bones are falling apart.

I probably get enough calcium (lots of whey and milk products), but some people probably don't. Maybe include it as Calcium Ascorbate or something, so that the Vitamin C is more buffered. Just an idea.

Nah, I'd rather they go with that one form of vitamin C... forgot it's name but check the thread, it showed massive promise. I'd like to know what the hell it is, though. Not a bad idea, though.

No on the calcium. Too many problems with it, and citrate is cheap anyway.

Yes. I take calcium citrate [250 mg x 2] per day and sometimes less if my diet has sufficient amounts. Might switch to calcium-AEP.

there is too much calcium in about everything we eat anyway.

milk, soya milk has too much calcium, most of the meat, and so on.

calcium definitely should not be on the list. this is in abundence and even much too much
in too many of the usual supermarket foods.
