i dont think potassium should be included. 99mg is the legal limit for a non-prescription dose. this is too low of a dose to have any appreciable effect and will only needlessly increase cost.

Agreed, we don't want to fill our precious capsule real estate with electrolytes.

Only from potassium iodide is my stance. I would like to avoid kelp and keep the iodine dosage at the RDA. So whatever potassium comes from PO is fine with me, but beyond that, no additional potassium. I can just get that from my diet and salt substitute.

When we are searching for the perfect combination of nutrients and vitamins
to take so we can increase deeply the quality of our lives,
we should look at the benefits, and not care too much about the costs... IMO

Potassium is easily to be found in which fruits and natural bio products?

FDA laws prohibit more than 99mg of potassium, which is a very small amount. Unless we are including iodine, and thus will get some potassium from a small dose of potassium iodide, I say we leave it out.

Cost is a factor when making it more expensive does little to nothing to help the quality of the supplement.
