We can't answer the question without additional information, although, it is likely to be a "no" (esp. depending on your definition of perfect). Most importantly, what type of scar?
Really old scar O_o how do you define scar types? It is just kind of a white mark over my bit more colored skin ^^

My one fried burned his face badly in an accident, basically most of the skin on his face peeled off.. Used some expensive topic drugs, etc.. Guess what - skin grew back amost smother then it was before. kind of a "deep fire peel" lol

From my research, micro needling seems to be an effective way to reduce the appearance of scars. I was involved in an accident as a child and had to have stitches on my face after my jaw was damaged. The scar left a crescent shaped mark along my jaw. Anyways, I first had the scar revised whereby underlying tissue was remolded to create a smooth surface instead of a cleft. The revision also made the scar hairline thin, botox was given to prevent movement of surrounding tissue. After it had healed, I had three laser treatments to remove any redness or hyper-pigmentation. Now I am in the process of doing micro needling with retin A, after having been suggested on this forum, which is further reducing the size and appearance.
I doubt it will ever fully go away, but these treatments have made it almost indistinguishable from normal skin. I also keep my skin white (moisturizer with SPF) to prevent hyper-pigmentation from returning. You can see my face in the photos thread, I bet you can't find the scar now

I used the manuka honey to speed up the healing process, deifnitely worked. got these scars from falling on asphalt, but got darker skin where it healed on nose, under eyebrow, and on cheek
What is the best things to do in this situation? continue with manuka honey? or other suggestions?

Dermarolling every 4-6 weeks with a 1.5mm roller, tretinoin, copper peptides, a series of about 6 glycolic and or lactic acid peels done once a week then done once a month as maintenance...this will diminish a scar...but you have to be careful to not do all that at once
thank you for your input, I do not know how to actually apply the recommended protocol, is there a guide on this forum that i might be missing, or maybe sources you could recommend to get those items you are talking about? specifically 1.5mm roller (what kind, where), copper peptides (in what form, and source), and what do you mean by series, how should this be done, glycolic/lactic acid?
currenlty i am just doing raw shea butter during day and manuka honey at night, not sure what that is doing post scab, this started on the 5th of this month, so this is 16 days in now, last scabs fell off within week.

You might not need any of this, since the wound is so fresh. It may heal on its own. The coloration takes longer to fade than it takes to get initial skin coverage. If you want to try any of the recommendations, Vaughter Wellness sells dermarollers, copper peptides are all over the place- google it. "A series" means one after another. Such peels can be done by dermatologists, or can be done with lower concentration acids in salons or spas. You can get home kits for it as well. Again, google is your friend.
