I decided to begin organizing research on immortality, as there is no one else really on top of it. Looking for people with enough knowledge in research to already know how to start a research team, and especially this part is important, be able to figure out what to research. If you don't know what you're going to be researching this won't work out too well. Solid knowledge of how to find grants is a major plus.
