Hey all!

My friend's trying to come up with a perfect stack and so far he's got the following supplements:

* Multivitamin - taken daily.
* Gingko extract (40mg) - taken daily.
* Piracetam (800 - 2400 mg) - taken when needed, e.g. before the class or when writing an essay etc. Though, he used to take it daily for about 4 months.
* Melatonin (0.1 - 0.5 mg) - taken 2-3 times a week before going to bed.

He usually works 4 nights a week and spends the rest of his time studying. It is becoming hard to stay focused. He's still motivated but irregular sleeping/working/studying patterns make him feel rather exhausted, therefore he cannot force himself to focus. Furthermore, some 'bad mood' episodes and mood swings appeared just recently, making the whole situation seem worse. What do you think should be added to the regimen/stack in order to stay focused, motivated and in a good mood?

Thank you.

After reading quite a few threads it seems like Modafinil is quite efficient. Where do you guys buy it?

Your help is appreciated.

Been taking Pir for 2 months now and I'm loving every nanosecond. However, when taking melatonin right before bed, next day - all day long- I find myself in a zombie-like state. It happened twice to me, reason behind it being I only took mel 2 times after starting on pir. It was no shocker for me, and I think its normal for this to happen since pir makes other substances that act on the brain more potent.

Off topic - would it be a good idea to discontinue pira dosing during weekends to avoid tolerance buildup to it and allow the brain a well deserved rest after a hard working week? For the moment I feel great and would not mind taking it perma but I cannot help but wonder ....

Definitely recommend cycling as well as taking at least 1 day off a week.

I don't recommend cycling Piracetam, but I do recommend taking one day off per week.

Thank you guys for your swift reply. Since my native language is not English but Romanian I need to ask you this : what do you mean by "cycling"?

Furthermore I weigh 65kg and my daily brain food diet consists of 12.2g of pir(5/3/2), 2.4g lecitin(soia) and 2 fresh egg yolks. I would, if my budget was not somehow limited for the time beeing, increase the daily pir intake to about 20g. Also next week I'm planning on adding glutamine, fish oil and Omega3 to this daily diet. Do you think there's anything I should correct or add to this diet? Also I would add that my line of work requires feline like reflexes, lots of patience, a decent amount of information to be processed and stored, a creative approach to different unique situations and its somewhat a moderate difficult manual labor.

Thank you guys in advance for taking your time to answer and guide me, also please feel free to add anything else you might want to share.

Much love from Romania goes out to this site and the ones lurking it making this kind of info available to those who need it. Peace from Mishu

Edit : sorry Kerouac for hijacking your thread, it was not my intention.
