I just read that

The collagen helix - an unusual way to make a helical, structural, protein. source link

  • The collagen helix has an unusual amino acid sequence. Approximately every third amino acid is a glycine and most collagens contain an unusually high percentage of proline compared with other proteins. The prolines place kinks in the chain and the entire helix is kept in the helical configuration mainly by these fixed covalent links, NOT the hydrogen bonds as in the alpha helix. The hydrogen bonds are directed outward and help bond adjacent strands of collagen together to form the tropocollagen molecule. The collagen helix has 3.3 amino acids per turn instead of 3.6 as in the alpha helix.

the collagen molecule is actually covalent rather than hydrogen linked That means that the strength of those covalent links can be me made stronger with the use of different prolines to create new kinds of collagen that are structurally stronger

I suggest a survey of collagen types from numerous organisms then seeing which has the most durability Persons with awesome skin as well as perky breasts could be genotypically compared to see if they have naturally occuring collagen variations to copy. People could also make an artificial beauty gene where the collagen sequences directed with dermis as well as breast forming genetics are of a particular new type
One possible new beauty collagen gene would be to replace the proline or hydroxyproline of collagen with one of the different hydroxyprolines

basically collagen is three amino acids repeated Z N Y where Z is proline N is hydroxyproline Y is glycine Swapping out the N with one of the variations of hydroxyproline (the OH is at a different place with each version) creates collagens of different structural character As the amino acid sequence is known the better collagen to a particular type of tissue can the be created aProxy-Connection: keep-alive Cache-Control: max-age=0 gene. I need an example of "perky breasts" to perform a further analysis...

Actually wikipedia says that progesterone is associated with breast roundness thus progesterone receptor genes actually affect breast shape as well

The ligaments that support the breast http://en.wikipedia....per's_ligaments are very likely to be genetically addressable I thought that cosmeticians could create a photoactivated growth hormone that when paired with LEDS could cause the ligament to thicken thus creating a photochemical breast lift A woman could shorten or lengthen these structures as they preferred. I personally like highly placed fairly large perky breasts

I think the nude of caroline http://Pelicanh.devi...y/12531335&qo=2 at deviantart.com has strongly appealing breasts

Technically, having only one sample lowers the statistical significance. If you want a P < .05, you'd need quite a few examples Posted Image

Any indication of youth is preferable over an indication of age. Smooth skin, perky breasts, clear eyes, school girl uniforms...
