I was taking downers with uppers because I found that a little bit of anxiolytics prevent overstimulation. Otherwise I get restlessness, sometimes a headache, and rarely twitching or jittering (if I take too much by accident).

Are you taking etizolam by any chance?

15 grams of soy lecithin daily will do it. Switch to sunflower lecithin (it's a lot tastier, too). I use this one for making liposomal supplements (C, ALCAR, lysine, etc).

Hold up, does pure, semi-synthetic soy lecithin really contain any phyto-estrogens? I thought they were more or less clean? Don't you need more of the actual bean to get any detectable levels of p-estrogen?

My own theory as to why Devinthayer was growing moobies is that he was exposing himself to a COMBO of several slightly feminizing compounds, and it was the sum-total of all of them that actually started affecting him - not one compound on its own.
